Omelette Station
western omelette: diced ham, bell peppers, onions and shredded cheddar cheese
florentine omelette: sauteed spinach and shredded swiss cheese
bacon cheddar omelette: crispy bacon with shredded cheddar cheese
Pancake Station
butter, pure maple syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar, sliced strawberries, and blueberry sauce. pancakes: blueberry or plain
Breakfast Station
scrambled eggs, sausage links, applewood smoked bacon, shredded hashbrowns, cinnamon roll casserole, biscuits and sausage gravy
Carving Station
brown sugar-glazed ham and roasted beef strip loin with horseradish
